Our coaching

We use an ECA-accredited technique, used among others at the Lausanne Business School.

Lausanne Business School coaches its students intensively. Clarity, Focus and Responsibility are the three pillars of coaching they apply, in order to identify, clarify and address distractions, assumptions, patterns and interpersonal issues.

ECA

The European Coaching Association – ECA for short – was founded in Germany in 1994. It was the first professional association for coaching worldwide. Since then, the association has been an organisation that represents the interests of professional coaches and coaching training institutes, as well as qualified supervisors, mediators, trainers, consultants and professional associations (group practices) throughout Europe. Since its foundation, the ECA has set standards for professional coaching as a solution-, resource- and goal-oriented form of advice. What started as an exclusive service for top management, professional coaching has developed into a recognised form of advice for entrepreneurs, managers, teams, employees and individuals who want to grow and develop. The ECA is a multi-methodological association with a professional profile oriented towards a humanistic-holistic philosophy, the ethical foundations of which are accepted and recognised by our members.
